She was Assistant in the Judicial Area of Bombardier Concarril, S.A. de C.V. She has been Assistant Professor in Roman Law, Amparo and Practice of Amparo in the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Given her experience, she specializes in such areas as corporate and finance law, stock market and exchange, banking, civil and mercantile matters, the process of placing stock and debt, acquisition, mergers and corporate breakups; assets sales of banking debt; and matters of monopolies. |
